Essential functions:

4、Work with a variety of product designs, drawings, CAD models, sketches, prototype
parts, etc.
5、Provide quick budgetary quotes and fully detailed quotes while juggling multiple quotesat a time.
6、Effective oral and written communications with customers, suppliers, and within the BTS team in English.
7、Estimate new projects, make changes to existing equipment, develop a quote that.
Required competency, education, and experience:
1、BS in related Engineering discipline, or related job experience.
2、10+ years of related work experience- direct experience/positions held where specialty
machines and/or equipment estimating duties were part of daily responsibilities.
3、Extensive experience and knowledge of Industrial Automation, manufacturing
techniques/best practices.
4、Proven experience with estimating the following:
（1） Purchasing supply items (robots, pumps, motors, turntables, conveyers,
materials, controls, outsourced design, etc.).
(2)Processing (developing a suitable manufacturing process including cycle times,
labor requirements, past movements, etc.); and Providing detailed itemization of entire project cost.
Must have knowledge in the following areas:
1、Metals industry.
2、Testing equipment.
3、Adhesive/bonding.
4、Plastics (assembly, sonic welding, hot plate welding, heat staking, ultrasonic,
decorative, etc.).
5、CAD design (AutoCAD, Solid Works, others).
6、Project management.
Production environment:
1、Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and file management.
