Specific Responsibilities：
- Resolve packaging structure issues to achieve optimal cost benefit through collaboration among product development teams, manufacturing vendors and packaging suppliers
- Manage update and publish packaging specifications
- Approve packaging structure during FEP / PPSR sign off
- Ensure adherence of packaging development lead-time to product development cycle
- Develop purpose driven packaging structure solutions to product development teams located in North America and Asia
- Support research and deployment of new packaging materials and processes
Required Skill Set：
- Proficient in using CAD software to create packaging dieline
- Knowledge in packaging materials such as pulp, paper and plastics
- Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good command of English and communication skill
Required Qualifications & Experience：
- University graduate in packaging engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in packaging engineering / structural design field
- Self-motivated and with good sense of responsibility
