工作内容:
1. 负责客户质量投诉的处理与跟进。
Responsible for handling and following up customer quality complaints
2. 跟进客户要求在内部的实施状况。
Follow up the internal implementation of customer requirements
3. 对客户审核进行跟进和改善。
Follow up customer audit and make improvement.
4. 定期拜访客户,了解客户端的质量状况和最新要求。
Visit customers regularly to understand the quality status and latest requirements
5. 其它与客户相关的事项。
Other matters related to customers
岗位要求:
1. 大专及以上学历,性别不限;
College degree or above, regardless of gender
2. 连接器行业5年以上。有国内外知名企业工作经历优先
More than 5 years in connector industry. Working experience in a well-known company at home and abroad is preferred
3. 熟练掌握各种质量工具,如PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC等。对ISO9001/TS16949质量体系有 相当的了解。
Proficient in various quality tools, such as PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC, etc. Have a good understanding of ISO9001/TS16949 quality system
4. 英语听说读写熟练,良好的客户关系和沟通能力,个性开朗乐观。
