工作职责:
1. Daily acknowledge promise date to customer in ERP system and update current schedule if any change.
2. Issue purchase order to vendor.
3. Arrange weekly production schedule and daily release job to production line.
4. Refresh schedule for shop order (job) if production plan changes.
5. Follow up production progress and monitor daily production output
6. Follow up abnormal material or production status and issue debit note for charging loss.
7. Monitor and follow up vendor’s delivery.
8. Bases on shortage report or MRP report, check, and push shortage components
9. Analyze structure of inventory data, monitor and control inventory at reasonable level.
10. update or maintain parameter for product, such as production line, capacity, manpower.
11. Analyze backlog & forecast data then compare total demand with capacity of production line and components. If any abnormal, need alert in advance.
12. Daily check shipment due report for customer order and release shipset (shipment notice) to warehouse for arranging shipment on time.
13. Reply and follow up all kind of e-mail from relevant department.
14. Domestic/oversea business travel if needed.
15. Other tasks assigned by planner manager.
岗位要求:
1. University degree or above majored in supply chain management or related field required
2. Has 3 years or above PMC ( or planning) experience
3. Familiar with ERP system principle
4. Good English communication with written and oral.
5. Good hands-on working experience, willing and keen for hands-on work
6. Basic knowledge in machining, molding, stamping, plating, cable assembly process.
7. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Willing to communicate skill
8. Good presentation skills with usage of PowerPoint presentations.
9. Mastery of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
