Job Description工作职责:
1. 自动化项目设计，3D与2D出图。Lead automation projects design, 3D and 2D CAD drafting.
2. 自动化项目预算，供应商评审与选定。Budgeting for automation projects, automation vendors capabilities assessment and selection.
3. 自动化项目统筹与进度跟进，验收。Lead automation projects through out design, progress monitoring and FAT and SAT verification.
4. 参与NPI新项目的产品设计在自动化上的可制造性的评估（以自动化为导向）。Participate in product design assessment of manufacturability of automation in NPI phase.
5. 对现有的自动化运行指标良品率，效率，稼动率改善，MTTR与MTBF指示改善。Improve yield rate, efficiency, OEE, MTTR and MTBF index for automation equipment or lines.
6. 自动化设备操作与保养指引等相关文件制作。Establish WI and PM docments for automation equipment or lines.
7. 对设备工程师与生产技术人员进行操作与故障操除的前期培训与指导。Train equipment engineers and production technician on equipment operation and troubleshooting methodologies before the automation being put into mass production.
Capabilities工作能力:
1. 大专以上学历，机械结构设计或机电一体化或电气自动化专业，5年以上非标自动化行业经验，有做过CABLE行业优先。 College degree or above, major in mechanical structure design or mechatronics or electrical autiomation, 5 years automation design experience, preferred experience in cable industry.
2. 了解生产Cable与连接器工艺，对产品装配，焊接，线材处理，打胶有很强的实践经验。Familiar with processes such as cable assembly, soldering/welding, cable processing, gluing etc.
3. 能独立设计非标的自动化或半自动化的治具或设备。Ability to lead and design full or semi automation line or equipment.
4. 精通Solidworks设计软件，或中望3D设计软件。Familiar with 3D software like Solidworks or ZW 3D.
5. 熟悉PLC和电气电路原理与设计优先. Prefer to have experience in PLC design and familiar with electrical design.
6. 熟悉常用自动化元件、配件的选型，BOM表制作。Familiar with off-the-shelf component, controller, cylinder etc., automation BOM establishment.
