Job description
- Lead ESTA quality team and quality control process in Shatian plant
- Improve the quality system ISO9001
- Establish the quality system IATF16949
an environment system (ISO14001) and occupational health and safety system (ISO45001)
- Set up a quality laboratory
- Define and review the quality objective
- Prepared quality procedures
- Set up an internal audit plan
- Lead process quality control MRB processes
- Manage customer audits/complaints
- Organize supplier audits
- Work together with the local team, the ESTA project team and the colleagues in Germany.
- Report to local general manager and ESTA quality director
Qualifications and requirements
- Electrical, technical engineer
- Skilled in quality management systems ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 and tools like 8D reports, SPC and FMEA
- Experience with automotive applications and requirements
- Motivated to work team oriented in local and international teams
