主要职责：
Representative Duties:
1,负责整理新旧客户资料，样品开发；
Responsible for clients’ data（new and old ), samples development etc;
2,接受客户订单，ERP系统销售订单录入，ERP系统数据维护；
3. Manage sales order and input into ERP, and data maintenance in ERP system;
3,与生产、计划协调，客户确认货期，每天发货安排，货期协调（产品顺利量产后可移交大货跟单）；
4. Coordinate with Production and Logistics dept. to get lead time, arrange delivery everyday and inform to client;
4,如有需要时，协助财务和客户对账；
Reconcile the statement of account between finance and clients;
5,客户投诉信息的收集与传递；
Collect customer complaint and convey it to related department;
6,协助美籍上司跟进样品开发，翻译客户评语，做好内部的翻译传达以及与外部客户的跟进沟通工作；
Support Dept Manager(American) to follow up the development internally and externally ,perfect the management procedure if able to ;
7, 相关的销售协议、合同等存档管理。
Manage the sales agreement and contract.
8.陪同或协助主管拜访客户
Visiting Clients
9.其他事项，例如公司国内外展会等
Other duties assigned,e.g, domestic and international exhibition etc..
岗位要求：
Qualification of Position:
1.大专以上学历
2.至少3年以上的外贸，跟单等类似的工作经验
3.较强的中英文交流能力
