Key responsibilities:
1) Manage and motivate NPI team;
2) Define and lead to achieve yearly targets;
3) Coordinate process, manufacturing and logistics for all activities for a product launch;
4) Control machine downtime in low level to support MP, handle MP abnormal;
5) Participate to evaluate new machine/processes capability/capacity/benefits/ threatens to make process change to do CIP;
6) Handle design reviews & Conduct DFM, and work together with Engineering team for product design and process design related issues;
7) Involve in manufacturing cost analysis, production cost calculation (cycle time, efficiency, labor);
8) Handover NPI supportive documentations and devices to production team by reviewing and listing and releasing documents to DCC to distribute including BOM, PCB Gerber, testing procedures, process flow chart, PFMEA, control plan, new material spec, SOPs and ECN if applicable.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor Degree with major in Electronics or Mechanics Engineering;
2) More than 7 years of working experience in power supply or electronic industry with at least 3 years in technical support position;
3) Understand power supply or electronic industry in general including knowledge of costs, manufacturing process, quality and documentation system;
4) Excellent knowledge in electronic product design and manufacturing, design experience with phone or notebook charger is a big plus;
5) Good English /Chinese verbal and written communication capability;
