Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and motivate ME team, Define and lead to achieve yearly ME targets.
2. Optimize manufacturing process, balance line by lean concept and industrial engineering tools, and shorten manufacturing cycle time to improve UPOH.
3. Control machine downtime in low level to support MP, handle MP abnormal.
4. Participate to evaluate new machine/processes capability/capacity/benefits/ threatens to make process change to do CIP.
5. Coordinate with quality assurance team to improve first pass yield and customer complaints.
6. Search and work with Automation vendors to develop solutions to meet our productivity, quality and cost objectives.
7. Install, qualify and handover Automation solutions to Manufacturing, ME and maintenance.
8. Look for and study new technologies to support Automation initiatives.
9. Provide support/training/guidance to manufacturing/maintenance groups.
10. Follow company policies or rules to implement the job function.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree with major in Mechanics Engineering.
2. More than 7 years of working experience in power supply or electronic industry with at least 3 years in technical support position.
3. Understand power supply or electronic industry in general including knowledge of costs, manufacturing process, quality and documentation system.
4. Excellent knowledge in electronic product design and manufacturing, design experience with phone or notebook charger is a big plus.
5. Good English /Chinese verbal and written communication capability.
