Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer complaint handling
1.1 As a window of contact for customer and sales person in case of any quality issue related to Transformer product.
1.2 Grasp all necessary information through the communication with customer in order to drive root cause analysis.
1.3 Implementation of preliminary failure analysis upon receiving of failure sample from customer.
1.4 Prepare the 8D-report via SAP system and follow up the 8D closure in SAP.
1.5 Maintain the target of on time 8D response rate.
1.6 Follow up the corrective / preventive actions which defined in 8D-report till completion, and verify the effectiveness of defined actions by necessary means.
1.7 Handle the procedure for customer returns and work out the disposition solution.
1.8 Drive the lesson learned procedure for every customer complaint in order to avoid repetitive mistakes.
2. Process quality control
2.1 Work out the process control plan base on the input of PFMEA.
2.2 Work out the procedure and check list for line qualification, and make sure that the qualified line is used to production.
2.3 Continuously drive quality improvement in mass production, reduce the failure/reject rate and increase first pass yield.
2.4 Act as one of core team member to participate the line QRQC meeting leading by manufacturing.
2.5 Act as one of core team member for safe launch of new project.
2.6 Involvement of evaluation and control of process / product change with engineering department.
2.7 Maintain the visual checking standard for final visual check as well as outgoing check.
2.8 Set up and maintain the procedure and work instruction for in process quality control and outgoing quality control.
2.9 Technical support to the in process quality control and outgoing quality control regarding measurement ability.
3. People management
3.1 Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports.
3.2 Review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports.
3.3 Mentor, develop and motivate them.
4. Miscellaneous
4.1 Regular customer visit for performance review to maintain solid relationship.
4.2 On site FA in case of customer complaint.
4.3 Regular process audit.
4.4 Regular reporting to department manager for performance review.
4.5 support QA department manager to set up the quality target.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with engineering or technology major.
2. Over 3 years working experience in quality assurance in electronic production field, familiar with inductor manufacturing process and PCBA process is a plus.
3. Excellent both in written and oral English.
4. Good command of office software, e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
