岗位职责：
- 开发，计划及执行销售策略和活动以达成销售目标并完成销售任务；
- 制定市场策略，包括市场调查，研究和组织产品展示会和展览；
- 协助内部提高产品的服务质量及技术方面的支持以达到客户要求；
- 预测，制定并完成销售任务；履行并遵守销售合同中的条款；
- 配合解决产品以及服务的问题和矛盾及客户投诉；
- 主动完成所指派的任务，以公司素有的职业道德，敬业精神来完成所有的商业交易
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote, plan and execute sales strategies and activities to achieve sales targets and complete sales tasks;
- Develop marketing strategies, including market research, organization of product exhibitions and attend exhibitions
- Assist internal service quality and technical support to meet customer requirements
- Forecast, formulate and complete the sales tasks; perform and comply with the terms of the sales contract;
- Assist to solve the problems and contradictions of products and services and customer complaints;
- Take the initiative to complete the tasks assigned, and complete all business transactions with the company's professional ethics and professionalism.
任职要求：
- 男性，年龄28~32岁, 已婚优先
- 大专以上，市场营销或相关技术专业，例如：电子工程、计算机科学、通信工程等优先
- 工作地点: 广东或者江苏, 时间自由, 汇报亚太区销售总监
- 具备连接器相关配套销售经验，尤其熟悉汽车连接器，冲压或注塑相关行业
- 有汽车、军工、消费及通讯连接器相关配套销售经验优先
- 英语口语沟通CET 4/6 以上, 会开车
- 能够适应经常出差，约一周二到三次拜访客户
- 良好的沟通能力，工作积极主动

Job Requirements:
- Male, Age 28~32 years old, married is preferred
- College degree or above, majoy in marketing or technical degree, such as Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering is preferred
- Work places in Guangdong or Jiangsu. Flexible working hours, report to Sales Director (AP)
- Experience related to connector sales supporting, especially familiar with the automotive connector industry and stamping / molding processes
- Automotive, military, consumer and communication connector related supporting sales experience is preferred
- Oral English communication CET 4 / 6 or above; can be used as a working language, driving experience
- Able to travel frequently and visit customers about two to three times a week
