Key Responsibilities
1. Developing winning relationships through transparent communication with all key customer stakeholders, internally and externally, working across our Global Brand customers in North Asia
2 2. Effectively contribute to the development, and update, of the annual account plans for Global Brands customers in line with company strategy
3. Driving growth in existing accounts and managing new business development pipelines for Global Brands customers
4. Maintain baseline and promotional forecasts for Global Brands products and manage stock levels and aged stock targets in conjunction with Group Supply Chain to ensure the stock position is maintained
5. Facilitating effective onboarding of new business & promotional items, including raising QP and OPD through salesforce and the authority to quote customers; Tender, External Quotes; raising sample requests as required and loading forecasts and monitoring lead times
6. In conjunction with the head of sales – Global Brands Nth, negotiate pricing and promotional activities within an agreed framework
7. Maintaining active and accurate customer information in Salesforce and updating opportunities, creating & allocating tasks and logging call notes.
8. In conjunction with Global Business Managers, develop content and play a lead role in delivering all quarterly Business Review meetings with agreed customers, targeting continuous improvement and business development opportunities at every review
9. Using PowerBI to monitor key metrics and on an ongoing basis analysing performance and trends in Global Brands accounts to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency and highlight them to the Head of Sales – Global Brands Nth Asia
10. Delivering accurate and timely reporting to key internal stakeholders on progress against agreed key objectives, as required
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
• Relevant experience in a similar role or as an Account Manager or Account Coordinator with a focus on providing excellence in customer service
• The ability to establish credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders working across a broad range of functional areas
• The ability to identify opportunities and deliver sustainable and profitable growth
• Sound analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking skills
• Sound written, verbal and presentation skills in English
• The ability to assimilate data from multiple sources, review and make sound recommendations
• The ability to effectively prioritise, manage multiple customer accounts, projects and execute with excellence, ensuring timely delivery
• Excellent planning, organisational and multi-tasking skills combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Sound collaborative and networking skills to effectively work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient using the MS Office suite of products
Desirable
• Previous experience using CRM packages, preferably Salesforce
• Capacity to quickly develop proficiency with Power BI
• Degree qualified, in disciplines such as Commerce, Business Management, Marketing or a related field
Knowledge & Experience
Essential
• Previous exposure to partnering with complex, large-scale customers
• Previous experience supporting tenders and negotiations
• Previous experience applying a disciplined approach to following business processes
Desirable
• Sound commercial acumen and an understanding of commercial objectives and how the P&L can be impacted
• Exposure to, or previous experience undertaking, strategic planning
• Previous experience working with customers across multiple geographies
• Previous experience working with Supply Chain or an understanding of, and exposure to, Supply Chain.
• Previous experience in a similar role within FMCG, Distribution or Packaging
